method development. In addition, analyte and impurity absorbance from
190 - 600 nm can be recorded for further analyses, such as peak purity and
identifying changes in absorbance during sample analysis. Bubble cell columns increase detector
path lengths up to 200 um, and “z-cell” columns extend path
length up to 1200 um.
